What about cancellation and refunds?

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice: Full refund, excluding any fees incurred for returning supplies.
On Call DG Custom Builders is not liable for the loss of non-refundable supplies and materials resulting from cancellation.

Absolutely, we will assisting you in creating a shopping list of purchasing materials and send you links to anything needed for your project. This creates more transparency and allows you to decide on warranties as you buy.

Do you bill based on hours or by the project?

We bill based on hours, not on the entire job. When providing estimates, we offer a projection for the complete project, emphasizing that it’s only an estimate. You will only be billed for the time spent on the job and the materials used.

What are Your accepted payment methods?

Our preferred payment methods include cash, Zelle, and Venmo. However, we also accept credit cards with a 3% card processing fee added to all projects.

Do you require a deposit?

For projects estimated to exceed $1000, a 50% down payment of the labor is necessary, excluding materials and supplies.

Clients are responsible for prepaying or purchasing materials and supplies before the job begins.

The remaining balance is due upon completion.
